Fees and implementation methods
- Fixed-fee package: Clients can enjoy unlimited consulting services without worrying about additional costs. If your business frequently encounters legal issues requiring a lawyer's advice, a fixed-fee package is the ideal choice. You can easily forecast your budget and effectively manage your expenses.
- Hourly fee package: Consulting fees are calculated based on the actual number of hours the lawyer has spent providing consultation within a month or a quarter. This offers clients flexibility in service usage, suitable for irregular or project-based consultation needs.
- Progressive fee package: Service fees will fluctuate based on the number of requests made within a month. This is an ideal choice for clients who need to concentrate on handling a large volume of legal matters during specific periods but not consistently.
- Flexible consultation methods: At CDLAF, we recognize that each client has unique needs and circumstances. Therefore, we offer flexible consultation services through various channels, including email, phone, written documents, or in-person meetings.
Our procedure:
- CDLAF's lawyers receive clients' consultation requests, assess them, and inform clients of the response time.
- Preparing the consultation content, reviewing, and verifying in practice to ensure its suitability.
- The Board of Lawyers will review the consultation results before they are sent to the Client.
- The lawyer sends the consultation results to the client, monitors, maintains confidentiality, and supports the client in case of any difficulties.
